Jessica has been practicing massage since 1997 and has invested in continuous training.  She is licensed by the Atlanta School of Massage (ASM) in Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT).  She holds a certification in  Shiatsu massage by the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY.  In addition, Jessica has completed a course in Clinical Massage-Kinesiology Conditions and Assessment at ASM and is certified in Foot Reflexology and trained in Reiki.

She has worked with Chiropractors who employ her services for athletes who have incurred injuries or are recovering from surgery.  She is often referred by medical professionals and works with clients suffering from a variety of conditions including, but not limited to depression, breast cancer,  mastectomy, chronic pain, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Jessica holds a BA from SUNY New Paltz, NY. Her career experiences include directing an anti-violence program and facilitating domestic violence support groups. Both helped to develop the sensitivity and listening skills that contribute to being an effective massage therapist.
